Our of our main directives at Community Resources & Solutions is to help at-risk young men reach their full potential. We work tirelessly to ensure that everyone in our community has access to the resources and support they need to thrive, children included. Within our community, we are actively  taking strides to increase graduation rates through tutoring services, decrease imprisonment rates by teaching how to overcome peer pressure, make better decisions and promote peer-to-peer accountability. Additionally, we are passionate about motivating young people to become self-starters, as we believe that this critical life skill sets them up for long-term success. We believe that an individuals appearance directly affects how they view themselves, how others see them, and how far they'll go in life. Through instruction and by setting examples, young men are taught how to dress and groom themselves in a respectable, professional manor. The founder himself may either provide free haircuts, or teach this skill to young men that are interested in learning.
